Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: 1 year

  • Must be able to type 50 wpm

  • Demonstrate an understanding of medical conditions, incident types, and geographical coverage area that constitutes a daily routine.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently

  • Demonstrate the ability to control a conversation, including anticipation of the actions of the caller, and the ability to turn the caller into a calm caregiver as needed.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in the operations of computers, telephones and all ancillary equipment utilized in the Call Center

  • Perform all assigned tasks as set forth in the policies or as assigned by management. This is to include operation within the system to handle system overload, callouts or special events.

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned to achieve the organizational goals and objectives.

  • Demonstrate compassionate and empathetic interaction with callers, while maintaining professionalism; while observing and following the protocols and policies set forth by our clients and our organization

  • Demonstrate the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with a margin of error within the standards set within the quality assurance policy.

  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize incoming calls and determine the appropriate level and mode of response required.

  • Must be dependable and have dependable means of transportation.

  • Flexible availability

  • Must pass a background check

  • Afternoons, weekends, and midnights
